Holiday house Iva is located in Istra, in the green oasis of the Učka Nature Park. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an additional toilet. There is also a spacious living room with access to the balcony and a fully equipped kitchen.
What sets the house apart from the others is its large yard and a lot of natural shade under the mature oak trees. A 32 m2 large swimming pool lined with beautiful ceramic tiles is waiting for you. The hydromassage pool can be used all year round. For our youngest guests, there is also a children's playground, trampoline, swings, and in the garage there is a table for table tennis.
Although the house is located in a very small and quiet Istrian village, two Istrian taverns and a minimarket are located a minute's drive from the house.
The house is ideal for families with small children.

Special conditions:
When booking, an advance payment of 30% of the total amount is paid. The balance up to the full price must be paid by bank transfer no later than 14 days before arrival or in cash on the day of arrival.
The deposit upon registration is € 200. Returns on departure if no damage.
Pet stay is charged 10 € per day.
Reservation cancellation:
≥ 60 days before arrival - refund of the advance in full
59-15 days before arrival - refund of 50% of the advance payment
≤ 14 days before arrival - advance payment is retained
