We absolutely loved our stay! It started with a highlight tour by Iva, including yummy homemade welcome goodies like a cake and ricotta cheese (a truly special local treat). The house is spacious, clean and comfortable, with everything you might need - plenty of towels, nicely stocked kitchen and grilling utensils. The pool and hot tub are awesome - surrounded by peaceful nature. Iva was always responsive to our messages and offered great local recommendations. There is so much to explore in the region, from coastal inlets to medieval mountain towns - we definitely recommend visiting Hum, the smallest town in the world (and the museum is really interesting), as well as Grožnjan, the beautiful artists' village. We were lucky enough to pick some fresh veggies from the garden patch and ate them along with local fish which we bought at the markets in both Opatija and Labin. We enjoyed driving on the smaller local roads, but there is easy access to the highways leading to both coasts.

It was great in this beautiful house. Particularly suitable with children. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Great, quiet surroundings. Very nice, uncomplicated and helpful communication with Iva. Simply recommended!

We stayed with our 5 billion family and our dog at Iva's place and enjoyed the stay. The heated hot tub is just great and despite quite cool evening temperatures at the beginning of April we were able to use it extensively. The national park in the neighborhood offers many opportunities for hiking and enjoying nature. Our children found it particularly exciting to walk through the disused railway tunnel nearby. Excursions to Rovinj, Borec, to the Grotte Baredine and Labin have rounded off the short break. Iva welcomed us very warmly and we felt very well looked after by her. We will be happy to come back.
